1.Safety Protocols

everyone’s safety is our priority, so here’s our ways of ensuring everyone would be safe while being pampered!

  • Disinfecting on site using Germicidal lamp

  • New set of PPE for every home

  • Practice with enhance safety protocol

  • Nuyu team would be coming into homes via car

2. How do I schedule an appointment?

3.Booking Reminders?

When your booking is confirmed, kindly be reminded of the following:

  • NO CANCELLATION of booking

  • Kindly allow us to have a grace period of 15-30 minutes for unexpected traffic

  • If you wish to avail any additional services, kindly update our Nuyu team of your request.

  • Permits required by your residence (condo/subdivision) must be provided by the client

  • Changing of services must be requested at least 2 days prior to appointment date

  • We accept cash and bank deposit payments only. For bank deposits, kindly send us a proof of payment for confirmation.
